A big welcome back to all of those long standing exhibitors and a warm welcome to all of the new suppliers as this may be your first expo with us.

We are celebrating our 32nd show and it is going to be amazing. We have so many exciting things scheduled for the day, everyone will love it!

6.30AM - 10.00AM BUMP IN
10.00AM DOORS OPEN
11.30AM FIRST FASHION PARADE
12.30PM PRIZE DRAWS
2.30PM SECOND FASHION PARADE

LOOKING YOUR BEST

Consider the size of the stand that you have booked and what you are going to display. A
ll booths have tables and chairs included with white or black table cloths.
Black backing boards that can be pinned to or Velcro strips can be used. If you are thinking of hanging things you can purchase S hooks from Bunnings in the gardening centre.
Backing Boards are 2 meters high (depth 25mm) and each panel is 1 metre wide. Therefore if you book a 3 metre stand you will have three panels
Please let us know on your final details forms if you don’t require the standard furniture.
By creating a welcoming space brides will get an immediate feel for your company.

MARKETING

Prizes, Prizes, Prizes....
We have many amazing prizes on offer! If you would like to donate a prize please fill in the details of the prize on the final details form and return to us. Any company giving away a prize is listed in the exhibitor’s directory and also will get special mentions by the MC throughout the day. It is a great way to keep your company name being heard in front of hundreds of people. 

Show stopping show bags...
 If you would like to put your marketing material in the show bags, we are happy to do this at no additional charge.
We just need up to 300 brochures delivered to the Cloud Nine Wedding Shop by Monday 6th January.
Brochures must be in by this day to be included. This is a great way to ensure that every bride gets your information.

Be creative and make your show bag item stand out from the crowd. Previously a company wrapped two sparklers with a note saying “let us make your wedding day sparkle” think outside the square and show brides how amazing your company is.

WEBSITE LISTING

Company image – one landscape image will be used on your directory listing on our Sunshine Coast Bridal Showcase website linking back to your website

IMAGES

Company images – please supply up to 10 images (these can be of products or clients).
Images should be high res jpeg images and should be of the very best standard to make sure that your company is portrayed in the best possible way.

MAGAZINE AD

Free ad in the PLAN MY WEDDING – DIGITAL MAGAZINE.
Supply art ready advertisement – half page size 210mm wide x 148mm high in PDF or JPEG format.

Please email your marketing material to us at info@sunshinecoastbridalshowcase.com by the 16th of December.
